This is a 30 minute 1:1 Zoom Consultation. Nothing we do is one-size-fits-all. We need to talk with you to develop your individualized care plan. We will discuss your specific situation, questions, needs, and concerns. We will discuss the issues you disclose, make recommendations, define some next steps, and provide other relevant resources you may need.
